• Are you my primary care provider? I want to take a moment to clarify my role as a functional medicine provider. While I am here to offer specialized care and bring an added layer of expertise to your health management, it's essential to understand that I am not your primary care physician (PCP). 

• How long will it take to see improvement? Everyone's health journey is different and there are multiple factors that impact healing and optimization.  Depending on your present health status and your goals, time will vary.  However, most will experience some level of  improvement in the first 6-8 weeks. Expectations will be discussed when developing your health plan.

• Do you take insurance?  No, we do not take insurance. However,  you will receive an invoice ("Super Bill") that you may submit to your insurance for possible out of network reimbursement.

• Is my Health Information protected?  Yes! Orzen Personalized Healthcare follows HIPAA guidelines on telemedicine. Only authorized users have access to Electronic Protected Health information. We communicate via secure, password-protected channels using the patient portal and telemedicine video conferencing with the Optimantra EMR system.
